It had stunning and particularly good location, so close to Mount Maunganui as well as the river flowing and birds chirping. Great and lovely staff, answered all questions. I loved the room, the bed was fine.

The location is magnificent next to the river. Also, it is next to a beautiful stream running through, Tauranga and a very greenery forest area. A budget twin room has basic facilities you need.

It has well-organised and clean rooms with so much space and a dining area. The beds are lovely and the staff is awesome. The atmosphere of the hotel is family.

convenient and handy location - only a short distance to everywhere we needed. fairly friendly and outstandingly accommodating staff, everything was excellent.
